How long does shipping take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer — we're talking about Australia, so we get it.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is a flat $9.95 anywhere in Australia.

Do you offer express shipping?
Absolutely. Express shipping is available at checkout for $19.95. Most express orders arrive within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to New Zealand and select international destinations for $24.95. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
We offer 30-day returns on unused items in original condition with original packaging. If you're not happy with your purchase, reach out and we'll sort it out — no runaround, no hassle.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We stand behind everything we sell.

How do I return an item?
Email us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Do you price match?

Orders & Payment

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can usually accommodate changes. Once dispatched, the standard returns process applies.
